The 2024 Onondaga County Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony will be held November 14th at the Double Tree Hotel and Suites in Syracuse. Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner and the awards presentation at 7:00 p.m.

The Onondaga County Medical Society Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony is always a special evening in which medical professionals and community leaders gather to pay tribute to their colleagues who, through their service, have demonstrated leadership and selfless dedication to improving the practice environment for physicians and the health of our community. Your OCMS Sponsorship presents an ideal opportunity for your group, company or organization to show support for our local health care heroes. The Onondaga County Medical Society (OCMS) Annual Summer and Fall Rooftop Reception/Happy Hour Events are held in mid-July and early-October at the rooftop terrace of the Barclay Damon Building in Syracuse.  

In addition to providing the “best view in Syracuse,” our annual rooftop events are hugely popular among our physicians, students and stakeholders. 

The unique setting has created the perfect opportunity to connect in a collegial manor.  Your sponsorship would not only enhance the experience for our distinguished guests but also provide prominent visibility among our members, key supporters and elected officials.

In return for your sponsorship, we offer a range of benefits designed to maximize visibility and recognition.

TOP LEVEL PREMIERE:  $3,000 (One spot for each event)

• Seven complementary tickets to the event.
• A front-page banner advertisement on our website from July 15th – August 15th or October 15th - November 15th.
• An acknowledgement in our August or November Newsletter and in communication emails throughout the month.
• An 800-word article to be distributed to our members in September.
• Signage throughout the event (lobby of building, elevator level and rooftop)
• Five social media posts through-out the month promoting or thanking (add name) for sponsoring the event.  
• Option to provide name tag signage for 90 people (i.e. lanyards) 
• Option to provide a 30 second promotional video that we will promote (email, website and social media) and send a link to all members and reception attendees before August 30th.

• A 300-word article to be distributed to our members in September or December.

Dessert Sponsor:  $1,500 

• Three complementary tickets to the event.
